Meet Cathy.

Portrait of Cathy Beluch, ICF PCC executive and career coach

A Leadership and Career Coach with 30+ years of corporate experience working for Fortune 500 firms — JPMorgan Chase, Salomon Brothers and Touche Ross — I am grateful and excited to have a career that I love.

My passion for leadership and career coaching is fueled and inspired by my clients and by helping them find satisfaction and reward in their own careers.

I began my career as a CPA working for a “Big 8 Firm” and worked as an accountant for many years within the Financial Services industry. While I was successful, I was unhappy, unfulfilled and working long hours doing something I disliked. I knew I needed a change but didn’t know where or how to begin. It was a vicious cycle — because I was a “good worker” the promotions and money kept coming, but that didn’t make me any happier.

I was fortunate to discover my passion for development and coaching. Once I truly listened to myself and followed my heart and gut — having the confidence in my inner voice as well as my abilities — I thrived and actually enjoyed my job and had fun at work.

As a coach, I help others find and follow their own inner voice to achieve their own career-related goals — whatever those may be. I have a unique ability to listen to both the words a client speaks and the underlying message, which enables me to help identify motivation, concerns and the path forward. I am hugely motivated to help others fast-track their movement into fitting and fulfilling career roles.

By investing in their career and building upon their human capital, my clients become more valuable resources — both for themselves and for the companies that employ them.
